A passion for craft. A passion for Airstream.

As a boy, I was always intrigued with trailers. I loved the thought of towing. I would watch my Dad's every move as he would back our 56’ Mercury canned ham into the backyard. The tires on the truck would go one way and the trailer would go the other, and I would practice this with my Hot Wheels until I thought I had it down. Needless to say, I was forming my passion early on. The deal was sealed when I saw my first Airstream.

My professional experience includes thirty-two years in the European auto service industry with an emphasis on quality, craft and workmanship. My philosophy for Airstream is quite simple – each Airstream I work with is my sole focus until it’s finished to my standard. Because I'm also an Airstream owner, I understand that your Airstream is considered a member of the family, and it’s through trust and relationship that it’s handed over to me for a thorough, trustworthy repair.

My wife, Cindy, and I opened Vinnie’s Northbay Airstream Repair in December 2011 and have since serviced thousands of Airstreams. Our business is spread by word of mouth, one Airstream at a time, and often over a campfire between newly acquainted friends. That’s how I measure success. I wouldn’t say I am involved in the RV repair industry, but rather, have a passion for people with Airstreams and this unique slice of Americana.
